Release Notes Jörg Schirottke (Kano) hat heute KANOTIX 2006-01-RC4 released.

Verbesserungen zu RC3 sind:

* Kernel 2.6.18-kanotix-1
* gparted 0.3.1 im installer
* compiz 0.13+git20060928-2


Um compiz im Live-Mode zu benutzen:
beim Booten Cheatcode compiz übergeben.
für Nvidia-Karten:
beim Booten Cheatcode compiz 2 übergeben.
im Textmode: install-nvidia-debian.sh -c
