Hi,
yesterday I installed, by apt, libgtk1.2-dev and libgtk2-dev to compile some app.
Apt requires gtk goes, but font are bad, overlapped.
Can I do?
p.s. i am on KDE 3.5.3 language ITALIAN , xorg 7,

C'e' un problema di compatibilita' tra Xorg 7 e GTK 1.2:
Per GTK 2, dovrebbe essere sufficiente installare il pacchetto gtk2-engines-gtk-qt.

BRN,
if it is a problem with gtk-1, them you might have to adjust ~/.gtkrc ~/gtkrc.mine. I upload mine to give you an idea.
To set the fonts for gtk 1 use:
apt-get install gtk-theme-switch
If it is a problem with compiled programs, forget my post, then I am not able to give any advice.
