Hell no,
after doing a dist-upgrade a few days ago I realized my system-tray is gone. What's wrong and where does it hide?

If it's gone,
Make sure the applet handles (the little bars that separate the different parts of the panel) are visible. Right-click on the panel, click "Configure Panel," then Appearance, then Advanced Options, click the "Visible" radio button and save.
Either your system tray is completely gone, or it's squished up against the clock (or in another part of the panel). If it's squished up against the clock, click the tiny arrow on the top of the system tray's applet handle, click "Move System Tray," and drag the mouse to the left. Click again, you're done.
If it's completely gone, right-click on the panel, click "Add Applet to Panel," and choose System Tray from the list.
Could also be that it's there, but there's nothing in it, and you've got the applet handles hidden, so you don't see it.

Thanks man,
It's been gone but could be added with <Add applet to panel>.
