Situation:
Notebook: NEUE usb-Webcam
per "guvcview" nutzen:

root:
# apt-get install guvcview
# apt-get install v4l-utils v4l-conf

als user ( test per console/Terminal, ob interne oder externe WebCam:
# guvcview -d /dev/video0
# guvcview -d /dev/video1
...
danach, ausführendes Programm entsprechend in "KontrollLeiste" kopieren/einrichten !
