Titel: Wireless connection doesn't work

Hello folks,
I've just installed the new release of kanotix 2006-easter-rc4 (I've been using 2005-04 until now). The problem is I can't connect to wireless networks (i've already tried with netcardconfig). I've checked my /etc/network/interfaces and it is well configured. Also I can see my wireless card with ifconfig and iwconfig. However if I do iwlist eth1 scanning I've got eth1 No scans results.
The ouput for dmesg | grep ipw is:

If I try to connect to my router by DHCP, I get "No DHCPOFFERS recived"
Could someone help me, please? I don't know what can I do to solve this problem. My laptop is Toshiba Tecra A4, centrino with "Intel corporation PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection"

| Unfortunately, the ipw2200 version that came with the kernel on kanotix 2006-easter-rc4 really is misbehaving for quite a few people. You can try the wiki howto for upgrading to a more recent kernel, its not too hard and could improve things considerably. |

I've upgraded the kernel to 2.6.17.11-kanotix-2 version, but it haven't solved the problem.
Now, the dmesg ouput is:

eth1: NETDEV_TX_BUSY returned; driver should report queue full via ieee_device->is_queue_full.
I don't know what can I do to solve the problem. Someone have another idea, please?

The zip file with the new kernel also contains a number of .deb files, updated drivers that come with the kernel. Look for something like ipw2200*.deb and try to install it.

| Wrong, ipw2200 is part of current mainline kernels itself, no external module packages necessary (except perhaps acerhk or fsam7400 to activate certain software rf switches). |

I'm agree with slh. The ip2200 have been installed automatically with the kernel upgrade. I've checked it with "modinfo" and I can see the new version of ipw2200. I can't understand why wifi doesn't work
Another idea?
