Is it possible to ask that YaKuake be in the new Stable version? I really like this app. I use Kanotix at work, and I love this part of the old version.
Just thought I would ask.
Thanks,

I don't understand...Konsole pops up in 1 second & even less than that to restore when it's minimized. You need more speed than that? What's the advantage of yakuake? |

Yakuake is always there just a quick F12 drops it down for use. Or whatever keycombo you use. Seems to use a little less ram than Konsole as well. Yakuake along with guarddog, and Synaptic are couple of the first apps I install . |

Waitaminute--isn't Yakuake ALWAYS in ram, unlike Konsole, awaiting that "quick" keystroke? I'm not trying to be argumentative here, (well maybe a little bit) but it just seems kinda superfluous to me when there's already a glut of terminal options. Oh well, whatever spins your prop is OK w/me. It's called choice, right? I don't mean to offend... |

That is nice to know, cause it is just great and I tried the RC4 which didn't had it included... but it's nice to know that it will be included in the final version. (also in the 64bit version?) |

of course you are right, if it is started it is in RAM.
But if you can choice : Allways open Konsole or Yakuake then let it be Yakuake!!! |
