| In an effort to install the ATI Radeon install script I am un-able to upddate due to my PC being behind a proxy - Is there any work-around to solve this? |

did you set the environment variable "http_proxy=..."?

| I suppose you are referring to the apt.conf...yes this is set, and apt does function in all aspects except this update (Radeon). |
